(1) The Convention entered into force on 30
July 1963, i.e. three months after the deposit of one instrument of
ratification, one signature without reservation of ratification and three
accessions. For any other State it enters into force three months after deposit
of the instrument of ratification or accession.
(2) Extended to the Hong Kong, China with
effect from 1 July 1997.
(3) Extended to the Faroe
Islands.
