Ανεύρεση δασμολογικής κλάσης σε  Ιστοσελίδα της Σουηδίας με δεδομένα τις επεξηγηματικές σημειώσεις τη Στατιστική Μάθημα (3) 25 Μαρτίου 2014

Σχόλιο: Η μάχη για την ανανέωση του επαγγέλματος του Εκτελωνιστή βρίσκεται στις νέες μορφές χειρισμού του διεθνούς εμπορίου.  Τις εποχές των μικρών αγορών κυριαρχούσαν οι πολλοί φορολογικοί νόμοι  και η δυσκολία εφαρμογής των. Οι πιστοποιημένοι Εκτελωνιστές ήταν απαραίτητοι, στην τότε εφαρμογή (70) εβδομήντα  και πλέον φορολογικών νόμων, για τη σύνταξη ενός Λογιστικού Σημειώματος. Τα πάντα σήμερα απλοποιήθηκαν με μια εμφανή τάση να ισοπεδωθούν οι εισαγωγικοί δασμοί.

Τα σημερινά εργαλεία ανάδειξης και αποδοχής του Εκτελωνιστή από τους εμπόρους του εξωτερικού, είναι ακόμα πιο σπουδαία από το παρελθόν. Με «ναυαρχίδα» την δασμολογική κατάταξη υπάρχει πολύς χώρος για φορολογική δικαιοσύνη στους φόρους αντιντάμπινγκ , στους ειδικούς φόρους κατανάλωσης, στους φόρους πολυτελείας, στον ΦΠΑ, στις ατέλειες, στους επιβάτες- αγοραστές που γιγαντώθηκαν με την διεθνή επικοινωνία και τέλος  με τις ανεκμετάλλευτες ψηφιακές διαδικασίες. Αυτά είναι τα δεδομένα και εκεί πρέπει να ρίξει το βάρος του ο Πιστοποιημένος Εκτελωνιστής.
