 1.1 Σε επίπεδο Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης

 Η ηλεκτρονική μορφή του Δασμολογίου TARIC της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης περιλαμβάνεται στη βάση δεδομένων http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/dds2/taric/taric_consultation.jsp?Lang=en.  (Σύστημα διάδοσης δασμολογικών δεδομένων) σε ελληνική γλώσσα.

Εκτός της πρόσβασης στο  Δασμολόγιο της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, έχουμε πληροφορίες για δασμολογικές ποσοστώσεις  για οροφές (Quotas), για  χημικές ουσίες (ECICS) και άλλα όπως ο πίνακας:

1.AEO = Κατάλογος με όλους τους Εξουσιοδοτημένους Οικονομικούς Φορείς (Authorised Economic Operators). This database contains the list of the "authorised economic operators" who agreed on disclosing their name, as well as those of the AEO Competent Customs Authorities. AEOs depending on the type of certificate can benefit from customs simplifications and facilitations of customs controls relating to security and safety. More information on AEO

2.Customs Offices = Κατάλογος όλων των τελωνειακών καταστημάτων σε όλη την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. The database provides the details of Customs offices in EU countries and countries of Common transit procedure.  More information

3.EBTI (Binding Tariff Information) =  Κατάλογος δεδομένων με προϊόντα που έτυχαν απόφασης από Επιτροπή, μιας δασμολογικής κατάταξης, μετά από σχετικά αίτημα  και είναι σε ισχύ. EBTI provides traders with EU-wide legal certainty about the tariff classification of the goods that they intend to import or export. The database contains all Binding tariff information that has been issued on request by customs of EU Member States and that is still valid today. 4.ECICS = Κατάλογος δασμολογικής κατάταξης χημικών προϊόντων. (European Customs Inventory of Chemical Substances). This customs database allows users to identify chemicals, classify them correctly in the Combined Nomenclature and name them in all EU languages for regulation purposes. More information

5.EORI= Κατάλογος με μοναδικούς κωδικούς φυσικών ή νομικών προσώπων που χρησιμοποιούν τις υπηρεσίες των Τελωνείων, με προϋποθέσεις, για την εξυπηρέτηση του εμπορίου των. Economic Operators Identification and Registration number For further information on EORI see our web page and the e-learning course.

6.EXPORT = Βάση δεδομένων που επιτρέπει την ιχνηλασία των εμπορευμάτων στην Εξαγωγή. EXPORT (ECS) is an application that allows tracking the goods in export. The tracking is done via the Movement Reference Number (MRN). National help desks

7.QUOTA =Βάση δεδομένων για ποσοστώσεις. (Tariff quotas and ceilings)    This database allows tracking the overall EU usage of "First come first served" import quotas for certain third countries. It displays the balances of each tariff quota applicable in the present year and in the past year. It also indicates the date when a particular tariff quota is exhausted.  More information

8.SURVEILLANCE           The database displays the volumes of specific products under 'surveillance' or monitoring imported into the EU customs territory in the present and in the past year. It is updated at the end of each working day. More information

9.SUSPENSIONS = Βάση δεδομένων για προϊόντα επιτήρησης. (Autonomous Tariff Suspensions).'Suspensions' provide for a total or partial waiver of the normal duties applicable to imported goods during a certain period and for an unlimited quantity. The data base gives access to the suspensions in force and in preparation. More information

10.TARIC = Δασμολόγιο της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης που δίνει όλες τις πληροφορίες για τους δασμού και τις άλλες δεσμεύσεις και περιορισμούς των προϊόντων εισαγωγής και εξαγωγής. Έχει συνταχθεί σε όλες της γλώσσες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης/  (Integrated Community Tariff). A multilingual database covering all measures relating to tariff, commercial and agricultural legislation. It gives economic operators a clear view of what they need to do when importing or exporting goods. 13.TIC ON EUROPA (Taxation Information and Communication)    TIC provides Member State information on invoicing rules, VAT refunds and the standard VAT rate.More information

14.TIN ON EUROPA (Tax Identification Numbers) TINs (Tax Identification Numbers) are used by EU countries to identify taxpayers. Check a TIN online or check national TIN formats and descriptions. More information

15.VIES (VAT Information Exchange System). The database is a tool for checking the validity of a VAT number issued by an EU Member State.More information

Παρατήρηση: Η βάση δεδομένων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης δεν διαθέτει στοιχεία για την εθνική φορολογία μας όπως ΦΠΑ, ειδικός Φόρος Κατανάλωσης, τέλος ταξινόμησης κλπ.

Δεν έχει βάσεις δεδομένων, ενώ στο βιβλιοπωλείο του έχει βιβλία πολύ χρήσιμα για την  πρακτική του  διεθνούς εμπορίου (πχ. Incoterms, εγγυητικές τραπεζών κλπ)
